Making his Santos Tour Down Under debut, Briton Simon Yates brings an enviable palmares to the Adelaide startline, inclding the 2018 La Vuelta title, three stage wins at the Giro d'Italia, and two at both the Tour de France and Vuelta a Espana. He provides Daryl Impey an exceptional boost in the quest for Mitchelton-SCOTT's third consecutive outright win, and is a rider capable of winning the race himself.
