Movistar Team
The oldest team in the peloton, with seven Tours de France, four Vueltas, and four Giros to its name, Movistar Team is the pride of Spain and one of the forces of professional cycling.
Making its first appearance as Caisse d'Epargne after the Santos Tour Down Under was granted UCI WorldTour (then 'ProTour') status, Movistar has been a regular feature at the pointy end of the general classification in Australia's No. 1 race.
Made famous by the legendary Miguel Indurain, Movistar is the home of the current UCI World Road Champion Alejandro Valverde, as well as acclaimed general classification riders like Nairo Quintana, Movistar is a regular tip for Grand Tour success.
